Product applications can be submitted continuously. Processing of the application may take 1-2 months.
Application guidance on how to submit products
Please read the application guidance, before submitting an application. This document provides detailed information on how to get registered, how to prepare the application dossier as well as an overview on the evaluation process.
Before sending an application, companies have to get registered with FiBL (for details, see the application guidance above). Only companies who sell the product in France are eligible for registration.
Admission criteria for fertilizers and related products
The French Input List takes into account the legal requirements and official interpretations applying in France. These are described in the document 'Admission Criteria for the French Input List'.

Fees
Evaluation fee: EUR 250.00 per product. This fee is for every product which is evaluated, including products which are found to be non-compliant and therefore cannot be listed.
Listing fee: EUR 150.00 per product per year.

Product claims for products listed on the French Input List
For products which are included in the French Input List, the following claims may be used on the product packaging and label, in PR materials and on websites:
In English: ‘registered in the "French Input List" for organic farming’
In French: ‘produit inscrit dans le référentiel FiBL-ITAB des produits utilisables en agriculture biologique en France'
Use of names and logos
The names and logos of FiBL, ITAB as well as the EU organic logo and the logos of private label organisations must not be used on the product packaging and label, in PR materials or on websites (see also General Business Contract).
Inclusion into the European Input List
Products which comply with the basic admission criteria are also included into the European Input List.
